DRAFT — solicitor review before use. Not legal advice. Placeholders: Edie, [Company Ltd], heyedie.app. ICO registration number pending.
Your inbox stays yours
Privacy promise + early-access notice · Last updated: draft for Phase 0 sprint
[Company Ltd] will publish a full privacy notice before processing real claim inboxes. Until a DPIA is signed and counsel has marked up the notice, early-access leads are stored only to deliver your forwarding address, concierge replies, and (if you choose) Plus pre-order checkout — not to run live inbox claim automation.
Privacy promise
- We only keep what's a claim. If an email isn't about money you're owed, we delete it (process-and-discard). We may keep a scrambled fingerprint and a label (like "newsletter") so we don't process it twice.
- Nothing goes out without you. Edie never sends a claim until you approve it.
- No ads, no selling, no lending. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use it for credit or lending decisions.
- No training on your emails. Your emails are not used to train AI models.
- UK-based storage. Product data is intended to be stored in London (Supabase London when configured) and encrypted. You will be able to delete everything in one tap when the full app ships.
- You can see everything. Every email Edie kept, and why, will be listed in Settings → My data in the full product.
What we collect in Phase 0
Email address, optional lead-form details (train / flight / parcel checks), attribution codes (UTM / creator), cookie choice, and Plus pre-order intent. Analytics (PostHog EU) only loads after you accept analytics cookies.
Contact: hello@heyedie.app. Cookie choices: cookie policy (draft).
[Company Ltd] intends to register with the ICO (registration no. [number]). Read the full privacy notice at heyedie.app/privacy once counsel has approved it.
